📝 Project Description

This project presents a Financial Consumer Complaints Dashboard built in Power BI, designed to help financial institutions:

  • Track complaint volume & trends
  • Analyze categories, issues & products
  • Monitor resolution performance
  • Understand disputed vs non-disputed cases
  • Identify high-complaint states
  • Improve customer satisfaction with data-driven insights

🎯 Objectives of the Project

  • Provide a consolidated view of all consumer complaints
  • Track KPIs such as Timely Response %, Disputed Rate & Resolved at No Cost
  • Explore complaint categories & product performance
  • Visualize state-wise complaint density
  • Build an easy-to-read, modern Power BI dashboard
  • Help stakeholders take quicker, more efficient decisions
