An uncaught exception occurs while reading broken metadata

Current Behavior

윤하 - 우산.mp3

While reading the attached file’s ID3 v2.3 metadata, an exception occurs within the parser stream, resulting in an uncaught state that cannot be handled.

Expected Behavior

At a minimum, the exception should be handled in a catchable manner. Additionally, it would be preferable if tags in malformed files could still be recognized correctly.
