- Ensuring lawful processing of data
- Obtaining necessary consents
- Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Implementing appropriate security measures
- Honoring data subject rights
The Software does not transmit any data to the copyright holders or contributors. All data remains within your infrastructure.
- The Software may receive updates, patches, or new versions
- You are not obligated to install updates
- We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions
- Updates may include breaking changes
- These Terms may be updated from time to time
- Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be announced via GitHub releases or repository README
- Check the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
You may terminate your use of the Software at any time by:
- Ceasing to use the Software
- Deleting all copies from your systems
- Uninstalling the Software from all servers
