Is dossier still being developed?

I'm curious if dossier is still being developed since there have been no commits in 8 months.
It seems very useful though, I wish it supported Rust!

We ended up not taking Dossier further, but it was an interesting concept and tech demo! I still think it could be a useful tool for providing a consistent API for analyzing different languages or producing documentation in a polyglot environment.
