[FEATURE] Auto changing the audio quality when using WiFi and mobile data

🚀 Feature Description

When user connects to wifi it will change to lossless and when using data it will switch to opus

💡 Motivation

Lossless audio uses more mobile data, so if the app can change to lower quality to reduce the data usage automatically will be good
