[Feature Request]: "Remove watched videos" from the playlist view should only remove fully watched videos

Problem Description

Basically the title. The "Remove watched videos" button in the playlist views is quite helpful, but every time I click it, I am forced to make sure that I don't have any videos that I watched only partially.

Proposed Solution

I think the button should only remove fully watched videos. Or, maybe there could be two buttons, one of which removes everything and one of which only removes fully watched videos.

Alternatives Considered

Manually reviewing the watched videos and "unwatching" the partially watched ones.

The proper solution is for "watched" flag to simply behave as a "finished" flag on Spotify. Meaning it should only be activated after 99% of the video is played and not by simply playing a video for 1 second, as it is currently.
