Project Backlog

Rules

Use this backlog for tasks, ideas, bugs, operations follow-up, review follow-up, and product work.
Do not use it as a replacement for AUDIT_BACKLOG.md.
Keep IDs stable. Do not renumber existing items.
Create or update a backlog item before implementation starts when a new request arrives.
If architecture impact is cross-layer or production-critical, update architecture docs in the same task or create a linked follow-up item.
Example rows below illustrate the format. Replace them with real project state.
