Toggle between two-page layout starting on even/odd pages

Describe your suggested feature

When viewing two pages in tablet mode, it seems the app cannot consistently decide whether the first page should be an "even" or "odd" page. This means that closing and re-opening the app may result in the two-page display to shift by one page, causing the spine of the book to be on the outside. The only way to fix is to close/open the app repeatedly.

Requesting a toggle to let the user force a one-page offset when in two-page mode.
