[Bug] Sudden frame drops while reading manhwas (webtoon style)

• Tachiyomi version: v1.0.17
• Android phone & version: Huawei Y9 2019 / Android 9.0

Steps to reproduce

1. Read a webtoon style thing
2. Go to the next page

Expected behavior

It should run smoothly (I guess)

Actual behavior

It gets sudden frame drops when moving to the next page

Note that it doesn't happen in each page but it's rather random

Other details

Usually only happens when it's a long image (I think, I'm not really sure)
