why the parameter, reuse,in this line is set to True ? 😕 when shall we set it true and when not ? How to determine it's value?

@SMZCC Hi there, I was busy in the last week. The reuse parameter determines whether we reuse the Deep Net' parameters. In this code, the parameter is always False. But if we reuse gen_net twice even more times in the same function, such train function, we must set the reuse as True. You can find detail meaning of reuse parameter in tensorflow doc.
