So how to get max performance my ram/cpu isnt fully loaded about 10% and goal rtps is also realy far

Redpiler itself isn't multithreaded so it won't use 100% of your CPU unless you run it on multiple separated plots.
If you want better performance try enabling redpiler optimizations if you haven't already (/rp c -I -O)
