Are you setting an image loader? We already provide a coil image loader that you can set.

We use an OutlineRichtext editor to render email templates in our custom email compose screen. When a user opens a template and edits it in the same editor, images defined in the template sometimes fail to render correctly. This breaks the compose experience and can cause missing images in the final email.

I see, currently image rendering is only supported in RichText not the editor, it's not supported in the editor due to compose limitations, but I'm working on it.
Even though image rendering is not supported if the editor, you shouldn't lose images when you convert the rich text back to html.

Hello,
Not really, that just adds the ability to use SpanStyle and ParagraphStyle with the BTF2 which is something we had long ago with the old BTF.
