Coreaudio: CPAL silently defaults back to system default when device is available and configured.

This is a bit of a strange one that appears to impact MacOS 15.7.7 (24G720). But we are seeing an issue in 0.17.1 where after selecting and configuring a core audio device (no errors present/handled). The callback is using the system default device without respecting the selected device. We can only seem to reproduce this issue on an M4 mac with that version.

Yeah, default device routing was broken on v0.17. Could you try again with v0.18?

Yes we will, this may have been a 2 fold issue. The user was also using loopback and selecting the app. The audio was being wired out the default device. I would expect cpal to bypass this type of audio capture scenario since it's requesting access to the audio device but maybe this is a limitation with the OS and coreaudio
