Reloading my model moves model down

I assume it's something to do with my Sukapon's weird skeleton but when the model is initially loaded, he appears like normal.

But when reloading the workspaces, the head, hands, and feet move down like this.

I think his animations don't play correctly either on his body and this might be related. I linked my files.

I can reproduce the issue by opening the model and hitting the play button. Disabling the model.nuanmb in the Animations tab makes the issue go away. Is this a custom model.nuanmb?

Interesting, the NUANMB is directly from assist/sukapon/model/body/c00/. I still don't think reload should play the animation when loading the model doesn't.
