The World#field_72996_f container was modified by MMCE in MMCE-TaskExecutor-6 thread, which caused the crash. I though maybe MMCE takes the primary responsibility.
I thought that maybe you can add code like this to warn players that it is not your fault to crash the game and what should they do when critical error occurs.
