The editor preview isn't quite accurate as the white square borders throw off eyeball measurements by some bit.
Currently, the only way to see what they'd look like in use, is to just use them. But that won't be possible if the server that the control pad connects to is shutdown at the moment.
And if you don't connect to a server, the "NOT CONNECTED" overlay across the screen makes it very difficult to see what it looks like.
Maybe a way of implementing it would be: holding down the "NOT CONNECTED" overlay will make it disappear until it's let go.
