Does not handle allocating shows with a non-integer number of hours

Seems to be caused here:

It also seems to be struggling on the main schedule view too (these are actually from 8:30am - 4:00pm)

The display issue will be the same form as the allocation part - it only takes the first part of the time to parse it into a time obj.
just an aside, I do think implementing non-hour shows will cause quite a few quirks across awkward parts of myradio. That's just a vibe check tho based on what I've seen.
