Design: Overhaul about.church (2.8→6+/10) (#1)

Implements design overhaul per DESIGN.md and design/about-church.md
spec.

- Replace system fonts with Cormorant Garamond + Inter
- Update color palette (warm gold, proper navy)
- Remove emoji icons from cards
- Restyle hero (solid navy, no gradient)
- Add skip-to-content link
- Fix copyright year
