[BUG] Manual session locking not detected anymore

Describe the bug
Sometimes when I log into Windows the countdown shows immediately.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Wait for delay to be almost up
2. Lock windows for a few minutes using Windows+L
3. Relog to windows
4. The countdown appears almost immediatly

Expected behavior
When the computer is manually locked using "Windows + L", the countdown should be reset when user relog himself.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows version: 10
• Application version [e.g. 2.0.0]: 2.3.1
