feat: don't change playlist position after updates

Problem statement

After updating a track (via "Get Info" or "Rescan File"), the song listing will scroll to either the new position for the track or the currently playing track. Both of which mean you're now essentially at a random point in the song listing compared with where you were.

Proposed solution

Song listing should never scroll / change position without explicit human interaction.

This is an excellent catch. I'll get a fix out for that today if all goes to play.
