visualization and/or summarization of workflow results

Hi all,

We have been using several of the czid docker workflows recently with success. This is more of a general question, but I'm wondering if there is a way to visualize the output that you get from the docker workflows in a similar manner to what is provided on the czid.org web front end? If not, is this something you have thought about?

Hi Matt,

I'm glad you've been able to successfully run the pipeline locally! Yeah, this is something we've been thinking about a bit. I'm not sure if we'll make the visualizations themselves, but I think in the future, we will try and make the outputs a lot simpler and more comprehensible so they could be much easier to read into a jupyter notebook or R and plot out. Just out of curiosity, what kind of outputs are you interested in?
