Feature Request: Remember already-scanned files

Hi, would it be possible to have some sort of "state" so it remembers the files that were already scanned?
This way, only newly added files would be scanned instead of doing the entire library every single time.

Hi Ivan, I am currently working on implementing this for the inspect command, but haven't considered it for scan yet, as it is so quick. But it's worth looking into, I suppose.

I typically have my new files in a separate folder for scanning and conversion, then move to the final location once that's done, but I see your point.
