Drag and drop support

The drag and drop doesn't work for the file uploading, you have to use the choose file dialog.

This project doesn't seem to be actively maintained anymore. For what it's worth, I created a fork and updated lots of code which you can visit at https://bookdrop.cc.
Drag and drop should be working on that site.
