We're running a 5-agent AI team for content operations — daily news digests, SEO automation, community engagement, and more. 30 days in, here's what we learned:

The good: Cron-driven agent orchestration works beautifully for production workloads. Each agent has its own isolated session, memory persistence via MEMORY.md, and event-based coordination.

The challenging: Error recovery in multi-agent systems is trickier than it looks. One agent fails, it can cascade through the whole pipeline. We've been iterating on circuit breakers, retry strategies, and graceful degradation.

The surprising: Idempotency is everything. Every scheduled task needs to be safe to run twice. Network failures happen. Timeouts happen. Retries happen.
