Setup Wizard Fails on v16 via Docker Windows

Description of the issue

After installing ERPNext 16 via Docker and Powershell in Windows 10 on localhost when the localhost:8080 is accessed and you fill forms in the wizard and then submit to complete the setup. It fails. Always. V15 doesnt do this.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Installing ERPNext via docker for Windows through Powershell
2. Version 16.19.1 installed

what do you mean with "through Powershell"? Did you use WSL?
