Reference components from different assembly

Make it possible to create Hydro components in other assemblies that are referenced to the executing assembly.

Tbh. this is good enough for me, since I would say the shadcn approach seems to be just smarter for UI libraries, since you will never find a library with the correct design or all features that you would need, so why don't just copy paste the code you need / want and adapt it for your own needs.
