IAP on managed workflow

The documentation talks about adding dependencies to build.gradle for Android and adding IAP capability on iOS.
However, my project is a managed workflow with CNG.
Is there a way to handle payments without touching the native code? Since it's generated by CNG?

To use expo-iap, you’ll need to run your app with the Expo Dev Client, not the standard Expo Go app.
