术语的用法：Neurodiverse 还是 Neurodivergent？

用法澄清：Neurodivergent为形容词单数，Neurodiverse为形容词复数。

neurodivergent的定义： differing in mental or neurological function from what is considered typical or normal (frequently used with reference to autistic spectrum disorders); not neurotypical. [在线牛津词典]

描述一个人 - neurodivergent

1. I'm autistic, I'm neurodivergent.

描述群体 - neurodiverse

1. We're neurodiverse.
2. Neurodiverse students think differently from neurotypical students.

以前Aspie-Quiz上测出来的结果会写 "You're likely neurodiverse" 其实是错误的语法，做测试者只有一个人所以应该是 "You're likely neurodivergent. " 现在新版已经更正成 "You're very likely on the broader autism cluster".

Neurodiversity的本意为世界上存在各种各样的神经发育不同的人，包括neurotypical在内的所有人都是neurodiverse （Singer, 1998)，类似生物多样性。在AS群体中neurodiverse发展出了不同的含义，即区别与普通人群或neurotypical的ASD, ADHD等发育障碍者为neurodiverse。
