[SUGGESTION] application start takes long time

This is driving me crazy, every time I want to edit or customize some little thing, I have to wait 30s for the app to start. From my search this is mentioned here #557 but the root cause was not solved.

When the app starts up, it checks which software is installed on your system

My suggestion is this should only block the applications tab, not the whole app from starting.

I have no idea how complex it would be, but I truly aprecieate your efforts,

I am sure it is winget as mentioned in the refrenced issue. I dont know why its taking very long, but my suggestion was that pkg fetching should not block the whole app from starting.
