Using skills and the winapp UI to grab screenshots from apps, in some cases also tooltips. these are hard to capture as the mouse pointer is positioned on the button, but it requires a manual 'wiggle' to activate the tooltip, which doesn't happen.
To Reproduce
Ask it to take a screenshot of a tooltip that is e.g. set on a Button
