Clean up the Identify_novel_lncRNA_with_criterions process from the old DSL1 pipeline which can be found [here](https://github.com/nf-core/lncpipe/blob/dev_dsl1/main.nf). This process can for example use multiple modules like [gffread](https://github.com/nf-core/modules/tree/master/modules/nf-core/gffread). There might be some tools available from nf-core for get_exoncount.pl
