Here is a new chiplist.xml I consolidated together from several sources. Again, sorry but I don't get how to make a pull request for this. I'll just upload the file here for you. :)

I added like 30 new chips and fixed some errors with some of the Atmel 24 ICs where you had a page size of only 1 set up.
I really like your program the most. That's why I did the work to find other chiplist xmls and added it all together. Usually yours was the most comprehensive already with only a couple missing or forgotten. No idea how to work with all these binary "ChipList.dat" that Colibri and NeoProgrammer use, so I ignored them.
So, this is currently the most up-to-date chiplist.xml there is. Have fun :)
