Tooltip and select on hover?

Hey,
Would it be possible to implement these two features from opanlayers?
Select by hover:

and
Tooltip on hover:
https://openlayers.org/en/latest/examples/tooltip-on-hover.html

Both functions are more nice to have than must. but would perhaps make the map feel even more responsive and give a very fast feedback on layers with many polygons like properties. This have been requested from many of our users which are used to this function from our other proprietary maps.
