The contributor role ontology (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/cro; https://github.com/data2health/contributor-role-ontology) previously tried to extend the Contributor Roles Taxonomy (CRediT) to be more useful.
It might be better to contribute there rather than propose a competing extension to CRediT. I'm happy to help with this
