Add Somali (Af-Soomaali) Translation #656

I’m surprised Somali (Af-Soomaali) translation isn’t available yet. It’s widely spoken across Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya, Djibouti, and large diaspora communities.
Adding it would make Quran.com accessible to many Somali-speaking Muslims.
