Very laggy on windows but smooth on linux

I used it in my program, and it looks good, but when i run it on windows it is very laggy and slow, i open wsl and run the same exact program on the same computer and it works fine with no problems

As as discussed at the issue link below on rdbende's other theme, this may be related to:

• Repeating small 20x20 frame tiles (instead of resizing when applicable) may cause slow rendering.
• Full alpha transparency is slow on Tk on Windows, apparently,

• As it mentions, see rdbende's "gif-based" branch of that theme: https://github.com/rdbende/Azure-ttk-theme/tree/gif-based. If possible please reply here:
  • If faster than Forest-ttk-theme.
  • If as fast as a tk-builtin theme.
