Request Community (OSS) tier for TryGhost org

We'd like to request the Community (OSS) tier for the TryGhost organization (github.com/TryGhost).

Ghost is an open source publishing platform, MIT-licensed, with ~48k GitHub stars. We're hitting kernel-out-of-memory errors on one internal repository (a short-term R&D project feeding into the OSS project) — the Renovate job dies during pnpm install --lockfile-only --recursive before reaching any merge logic.

The repo is a pnpm monorepo with 4 workspace packages. The OOM started recently and persists after removing pnpmDedupe from postUpdateOptions. Job logs show the process dying on the jr-microvm runner during lockfile generation with no error output — just a truncated log.

Hey @ErisDS - great to see Ghost using Renovate!

Via #40942 you should be able to tune toolSettings.nodeMaxMemory to get pnpm to come in under the memory limits - if that doesn't work, we can see about upping the memory, but it'd be good to try and get toolSettings.nodeMaxMemory doing it for you 🤞

@ErisDS similar to my note in #41982 - because the "plan" being used is based on the organization/user it's installed upon, we can't upgrade the @TryGhost organisation (due to a high number of private repos this would affect)

We can look at upgrading the memory on this repository in particular (in the meantime), but may also be worth seeing if y'all were interested in upselling to Enterprise Cloud?
