assets, designs, and intellectual property (collectively, the "Software"),
are the proprietary and confidential property of Rob Graham / fineartmedia.tech.

RESTRICTIONS

No part of the Software may be:

  - copied, reproduced, or duplicated in whole or in part;
  - modified, adapted, translated, or used to create derivative works;
  - distributed, published, sublicensed, sold, rented, leased, or otherwise
    transferred to any third party;
  - reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, or otherwise reduced to
    human-readable form (except to the extent expressly permitted by
    applicable law);
  - used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop machine learning models,
    AI systems, or similar technologies;

without the prior written consent of Rob Graham / fineartmedia.tech.

PERMITTED USE

The Software is made available solely for the purpose of review, collaboration,
and contribution as expressly authorised in writing by Rob Graham /
fineartmedia.tech. No licence, right, or interest in the Software is granted
to any party except as expressly set out in a separate written agreement signed
by Rob Graham / fineartmedia.tech.

END USERS

End users of the AURA application distributed through authorised channels
(including the Apple App Store) are granted a limited, non-exclusive,
non-transferable licence to use the compiled application for personal,
non-commercial purposes, subject to the applicable end-user licence agreement
(EULA) presented at the time of download or purchase.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. ROB GRAHAM / FINEARTMEDIA.TECH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROB GRAHAM / FINEARTMEDIA.TECH BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS
OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

GOVERNING LAW

This licence shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
