- Reduce README while keeping essential info
- Add comprehensive JSDoc to file-worker.ts
- Add detailed @example blocks with use cases
- Add @remarks with performance tips
- Document type safety patterns
- Improve worker() method JSDoc in index.ts
- 343 tests passing
