What is broken?

Two cakras are not there in data.
They are circular and not amenable to very easy tabulation.

Bug class: source-error (missing tabular encoding for two cakra diagrams)

Evidence:

In v02/skd/skd.txt the mantraH entry (L26209, ~line 342355) encodes six cakras. Four have both a <pic> tag and tabular <C1>…<Cn> grid data; two are missing their tabular data:

After <pic name='akaqamacakram.png'/> (line 342382) the source jumps straight to <H>rASicakram . (line 342383) with no C1 rows; then straight to <H>nakzatracakram . (line 342385) — again no C1 rows. A [Page3-618+ 19] page marker at line 342380 suggests a page boundary where data was skipped during digitization.

Agent-fixable (Tier A)? No — the PNG scan images need to be inspected to reconstruct the tabular data, and encoding requires judgment about how to linearize the circular layout into C1…Cn rows.

If Tier D — what needs checking:

• Verify akaqamacakram.png and rASicakram.png exist and are legible on the Cologne server.
• If legible: transcribe letter-to-cell assignments from the circular diagram and encode as <C1>…<Cn> rows (same format as kulAkulacakram / nakzatracakram).
• If images missing/illegible: reclassify as scan-quality issue.

Suggested next step: Check the two PNG scans on the server; if legible, encode the missing C1…Cn rows for akaqamacakram and rASicakram from the scanned pages around 3-618.
