TAPO Camera not recording properly

Describe the bug
TAPO C200 v3.0 hardware 1.9.1 firmware records only 14~15 sec before breaking with error then restarting recording.
Same behaviour on the main stream (.../stream1 1080p ) and substream (...../stream2 720p)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior on main stream:

1. systemctl stop moonfire-nvr
2. sudo -u moonfire-nvr moonfire-nvr config 2>debug-log
3. Configure the camera with the user passwd in username and password fields
4. enter stream rtsp://xx.yy.zz.tt/stream1 (or stream2)
5. test stream, produce "Stream test succeeded" with infos:
   codec avc1.4D0033
   dimensions 1280x720
   pixel aspect ratio: 1X1
   tool: None
6. Save and exit setup
7. systemctl start moonfire-nvr
8. Wait ~1min
9. open web page and see the result

Expected behavior
each 14 sec you have a message with a popup txt similar to:

"UNKNOWN caused by: RTSP framing error: Unexpected RTSP response Response { status_code: StatusCode( 400, ), reason_phrase: "Bad Request", headers: Headers( { HeaderName("CSeq"): "5", HeaderName("Date"): "Fri, Jun 19 2026 05:22:38 GMT", }, ), } conn: 192.168.1.22:58130(me)->192.168.1.140:554@2026-06-19T05:22:24.2463763Z msg: 213286@2026-06-19T05:22:39.28877687Z"

-Version: v0.7.31 runs on RPI5 8GB after apt update and apt upgrade

• Attach a log file. Run with the RUST_BACKTRACE=1 environment variable set if possible.

• TAPO C200 v3.0 hardware
  log file after a minute
  log.txt

• Firmware version: 1.9.1

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows 11
• Browser chrome
• Version [e.g. 22]

Other camera working fine: doorbird ip rj45 linked camera
