Running under VICE 3.9 white screen.

Hey Bryce!

Great talking to you at VCFMW and I love this project! I don't have the cartridge (yet) and was trying to run it under VICE 3.9 on an Apple Silicon Mac.

I can't get Monster to run using '-cartfe monster-ntsc.bin' for example. I'll try to attach a short screen capture from VICE. In the capture I can see it printing '28159 bytes free' which suggests the cartridge is enabled, but when it should switch to your soft-40 screen it just goes white.

I can run it successful like this:
xvic -default -ntsc -keymap 1 -kernal kernal.901486-06.bin -cartfe fe3firmware -memory 24k -sound +warp -drive8type 1581 -8 monster-ntsc.d81

Using the latest fe3firmware and selecting F8 to boot normal, I can load 'boot.prg' from disk and it will boot. The free memory shows 28159 bytes.

Also I forgot to mention it appears tests/hello.o and tests/export.o are needed during the build (writing to test.d81) but they are not in the repository and appear to be output from Monster itself.
