Welcome to the falsify / PRML community

This is the discussion forum for PRML (the spec) and falsify (the reference implementation). It exists to keep technical conversation about the spec in one searchable, archival place.

Categories

• Announcements — release notes, RFC events, freeze dates. Maintainers post.
• RFC v0.2 — comments — the live RFC comment thread. Open through 2026-05-22 23:59 UTC.
• Ideas — half-formed thoughts, what-if-PRML-had questions.
• Q&A — pragmatic questions about using the spec or the impls.
• Implementation — for impl maintainers (Python, JS, Go, Rust, and any future ports).
• Patterns & cookbook — discussion of the cookbook patterns and proposed new ones.
• General — anything that doesn't fit above.

Tone

• Treat low-score Integrity Index entries as format gaps, not moral failings. We don't shame publishers here.
• Disagreement is welcome; ad hominem is not.
• If you find a bug in the reference impl, open an issue on the repo, not a discussion.
• If you find a security flaw, email hello@studio-11.co directly. Don't open a public discussion.
