[feat] construct a unique identifier for the publisher

As a user I want a stable identifier of my machine in the broker.

Actual situation:

Identifier is created from company/client/ which might change after a restart of the underlying server. Which creates a new instance in the umati.app

Future situtation:

Identifier is created from a stable identifier inside the machine instance e.g., ProductInstanceUri
