Topic Structure: Currently the topic structure uses the DisplayName not the standardized BrowseName

As a consumer from the Broker I want to subscribe to the standardized browse pathes of a Companion Specification.
Currently the topic tree is constructed using the DisplayName of Nodes from the underlying OPC UA server.

Changes:

• Adapt the umatiGateway
• Change the umati.app
