High CPU usage (~8%) in the background (Idle state)

Hi! Thanks for the great utility.

I've noticed that the application consistently consumes about 8% of the CPU while running in the background, even when no actions are being performed and the microphone state isn't changing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the application.
2. Let it sit idle in the background.
3. Open Windows Task Manager and observe the CPU usage for the process.

OS: Windows 11 pro 25H2
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
App Version: v2.0.1

That's really weird, on my machine with 9 5900X it's stable 0%-0.6% usage.

Is it stable or comes in spikes? And what architecture of Windows are you using? (x64/x86/arm)
