FIXED: For some users the production/consumption entities became unavailable in previous release.

BREAKING: Since the pcu_comm_check endpoint was too slow on many Envoys and thus causing issues, the communication levels sensors are now disabled by default. You need to manually remove the unavailable sensors. If you still want to enable them, there is an option in the configuration.
