Intend to package for Debian

As we talked about in Västerås I intend to package hac for Debian, if you dont mind.

Problems/changes for packaging:

• Add --help/--version switches. Output to standard output and exit code 0.
• Can version number change to x.y.z instead of x.y?
• doc/hac.txt is encoded in latin-1. Change to UTF-8?
• exm/aoc/2020/aoc_2020_18_weird_formulas.adb is encoded in latin-1. Change to UTF-8?
• CRLF in test/remarks_*_ok.txt. Change to NL?
• 5 failed tests in test/all_silent_tests.adb.

Yes. However, there is hat.ads, hat.adb in the sources so you can build units using HAT with you preferred "full Ada" compiler.

HAC build with gprbuild -P hac.gpr -j0 -XHAC_Build_Mode=Fast -XHAC_OS_Kind=Linux -XHAC_Styles_Check=On.

Test run with cd test; hacbuild=done ../hac all_silent_tests.adb 2>&1 | tee ../test.log.

I do not think this is required by Debian anyway.

It is about two characters in each file; a name and two comments.

I will need to include at least HAT.ads as documentation. Perhaps generate a HAT man page.

I have written a script that generates hac man page from hac -h2. Do you want it in the project?

I just cloned the GitHub repo and compiled hac with GNAT 15.2.0 from Alire and ran the test. This time without any errors.

Perhaps it was a GNAT 14.2.0 problem.. GNAT 14.4 is released from GNU in a week or so. GNAT 14 is the current Debian compiler.
