Two modes, freely switchable:
✦ Full Auto Mode — Press the lockpick button, the chest opens instantly. Skip the entire lockpicking minigame.
✦ Show Angle Mode — Keep the lockpick interface, but display a marker on screen showing exactly how many degrees to turn the screwdriver.
The developer's friend — Alrik — is "lockpick-challenged". Every time he failed, he'd smash his mouse in frustration. To make the game experience smoother, this mod was made. Now he happily opens chests.
🗝️ Casual Players — Don't want to wrestle with locks, just want to explore the world, fight monsters, and grab loot. Lockpicking is just a means to an end.
🏆 Hardcore Players — Still want immersion, just need a little hint. Show Angle mode gives you a reference but still requires manual action.
🎬 Speedrunners — Lockpicking wastes time. Auto mode lets you instantly grab items from chests without wasting a second.
🧪 Testers — Testing the game repeatedly means frequent lockpicking. This mod saves you a ton of time.

Tip 1: Keep original experience, just add hints
If you're a hardcore player but occasionally get stuck on a lock, use only «Show Angle» mode. You still turn the screwdriver yourself, but you won't be guessing blindly.
Tip 2: Use hotkey to switch modes
Set a hotkey to quickly toggle between auto/manual. Use auto for regular chests, switch to manual for story-critical locks you want to experience.
Tip 3: Compatible with other mods
This mod works with most graphics, UI, and item mods. If conflicts arise, adjust load order.
