Mondays @ 1-2 PM, in-person in a reserved library room

Chat Service

iMessage Group Chat
Microsoft Teams for Online Meetings (if need be)

Minimum Frequency for Message Checking

Every 24 hours. Since the chat service is iMessage, it will be very convenient and easy to check message.
